My name is Stefanie Möhring.
I am the founder and chairwoman of the board of the Pfoten & Meer Foundation from Hamburg.
Volunteering is very important to me and a matter close to my heart.
The idea to found the Pfoten & Meer Foundation came up a long time ago on a walk on the beach with my beloved dog Marie.
I want to do something good in the long term, support sustainable projects and start my own projects instead of just talking about them.
In February 2019 the time had finally come. The Pfoten & Meer Foundation was established as a trust foundation under the umbrella of the Haspa Hamburg Foundation. A big dream has come true.
My dog Marie is the face and mascot of the Pfoten & Meer Foundation. She accompanies me at every turn and actively supports me on 4 paws in my mission.
Every project is carefully planned by us. Joint projects and collaborations are carefully examined and selected.
In addition, we regularly get our own picture of each project that we support or create independently.
We have a big goal in mind. With our voluntary work, we would like to help people and animals in need in the long term and sustainably.
The Pfoten & Meer Foundation is dedicated to my father. We really miss you.

I accompany Stefanie every step of every action for the Pfoten & Meer Foundation.
Preferably on the beach, of course. So we came up with the idea together.
We support institutions and projects in which the well-being of domestic and wild animals and the protection of endangered animal species are top priorities.
The aim is to permanently improve the living conditions of animals worldwide and to give their natural needs a voice. Because unfortunately, hardly any animal in the world is as good as me.
In addition, we support projects in the field of nature and environmental protection with a special focus on the preservation and protection of the unique ecosystem of the world's oceans and their inhabitants.
The coexistence of humans and animals and animal welfare should be promoted.
We especially help older people who would have to separate from their pets due to their financial situation.
Humans and animals should be given the opportunity to live a happy life together.
